The Team

Sue Ringrose – BHSI, MSc Sport Coaching and British Eventing Accredited Coach, is the founder of New Farm Equestrian, Sue trains horses for dressage and eventing and offers coaching at home and nationwide. Sue is the lead Coach Educator for the BHA, training industry staff and jockeys to attain coaching qualifications. Sue is also a Director of the Performance Mentoring Programme which aids young event riders to develop their businesses and step up in their competitive careers.   Sue Ringrose
     
Simon Ringrose – Simon works tirelessly for the benefit of New Farm, driving the lorry, maintaining the yard and grassland and keeping the team in order!   Simon
     
Amelia Allen –     
     
Laura Smith – Laura is Yard Manager at New Farm responsible for looking after the livery horses and maintaining yard records. A former BE and Pony Club team member with Just by Chance and Fair Expression (Percy) Laura brings a wealth of experience to her role and is qualified to BHS Stage 3.  
     
Amber Iggo – Joined the New Farm Team full time in September 2022, after graduating from Riseholme College with a Level 3 Diploma in Horse Care and Management.   Amber
